My XM is for everywhere..we have a mount in the car which works so good its scary, road trips without having to change channels or hear fuzz is an expereince in itself. Works VERY good at home too with the mount they give you, we can record 6 hours of programming and listen to it later, like do it over night while you sleep and listen to it elsewhere.

Well we tried the modulator in the car at 1st, and it sucked, just liek you see...so best buy instaleld it and luckily in our car we have an AUX port just below the CD player on the dash, there is a direct plug in they got for us, and he says thats as good as it can get, prefect for us except when you turn it up loud, they is a bit of a line hiss...not noticable by everyone though.
sirius sucks. i have gone thorough 3 sets and none of them work good in my car. The modulator is total garbage. i recently got the pioneer in dash one the quality is great but now the atenna is going in and out. This medium will never work you always have to have an antenna that just isnt going to work
