Hey,

I had a live in-game parlay going which included a how will the 1st points be scored in the 1st quarter (2ptr) and it won, but those bastards changed it to how will the last points be scored in the 1st quarter after the fact that Portland hit a 3-pointer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no way to prove that I had "the 1st basket" and not the last, other than my own memory which included checking it over and over atleast 4 times! They stole my money b/c I was on a streak......................my point is if you play there go to your open bets page when you make a play, and hit control print, it saves the web page w/ the time in case you need it for further proof, to bad I didn't know about this earlier!:sad3:

I've never had a similar problem with them, I play there but with small funds. They don't like to be hit, that's true, but I'm still having a hard time believing your story. Nothing personal, but in 99.9% of such cases it's human mistake.

PS: Btw, they're another book that doesn't charge on neteller withdrawals, but they have awfully slow processing times. 48 hours and weekends doesn't count.

Very tough circumstances.....no proof, your word vs. theirs

I've dealt with them, and they have defintely had CS issues, but they've been pretty responsive when I needed an answer (on behalf of a player).

I've spoken to their CS once, the girl's English was worse than my Japanese.

PS: Based in Austria as we know, so I'd have guessed CS support would be decent.

I know it's a "I said they said type thing," but I know who I am....I used to count my lunch money while waiting in line over and over just to make sure I had enough(school days)......same here I double checked before I hit confirm and I checked it after more than once............YES it's possible I made a mistake, but again I know how cautious I am, so I still believe they changed it, atleast now I'll copy each pending play right after I submit. THE FISHY THING IS, THEY WAITED TILL AFTER THE 1ST QTR to grade it, in which Portland hit a 3!!!!!!!!!! I checked twice during the 1st qtr and it was "open", so I firmly believe they changed the play.

I'm pissed I lost $400+ over it, but I won't leave my self w/o proof next time. Those queers always grade LOSERS ASAP as they happen, but take forever for winners, I see why now.

That's not true. Especially on in play evenst, winners & loosers are graded as soon as a result is known.

Bet & win is not a place to put any sort of unusual bet on. They will look to grade these in the most favourable way possible and will use underhand tactics to grade winning bets as losers.

An example I suffered from was when Coria retired against Roddick in a tennis final last year. You might think that all bets on "number of games" and "number of sets" would be voided just as every other book on the planet would do.

But of course they just happened to be offering way too generous odds on the "over" so the bets stood as losers as far as they were concerned. Their rules seemed clear enough to me when I placed the bets that they would void on incomplete matches but I don't speak German well and they always fielded CS reps whose English was a tad confusing.

This is just one of many examples I could quote you. As with Sports Interaction, its either plain vanilla or nothing there.
