Me and another guy left after the turn. I have pocket J's, and a J on top and 4/5 of a flush. I go all in.

The other guy has a pocket Queens. That's it. He gets a 10 on the river for an inside straight.

Only at Doyles.

Do people win there??

the other day at bodog...i'm the big blind and only one other caller...cheap flop right ...i got pocket dueces....flop A,2,2,...i'm all in, the guy calls me...WTF??? easy money...the river produced another A giving him 4 Aces..he had pocket aces....from the highest of high's to the lowest of low's in a matter of seconds....fukkin river will break your ass....but keep trying and you'll get some of those along the way...happy holidays...jeffksu :toast:

Yeah. Been a long college fall term. My apology on the spelling. I am sorry man. It's poker though. That's life. There are people who say Poker Stars is full of people always winning on the river and that it's rigged crap, but at the end of day that's gambling. Don't like it then go somewhere else.

Thats why they call it the "River"as it usually puts someone in Over thier head.
I have never heard soooooo many Bad Beat Stories in ALL my life.
I myself have Only one bad beat story and i have NOT picked up 2 cards sinse. Its too long to share, but i got ACE"S Full beat and DIDNT win the BAD BEAT JACKPOT ! GO FIGURE !!

the complaining really gets old....u complain u flopped a set with JJ against QQ and he rivered a gutshot on you......another guy complains that he has QQ against JJ all in preflop and the guy catches the J on flop to win it.....someone is always going to be unhappy.
