Just wondering if anyone else has received a message like this from CRIS.
"Sorry, you are not eligible for our Loyalty Program.
If you think this is in error, please contact our Customer Service Department ". After many live chats last week I was told to expect an e-mail explaining their decision. As of today I have yet to receive one. I've been with them for about 3 months and have made a lot of wagers but have not won too much from them and have lost most of the free wagers I received.I even started turning down their free merchandise as I already have 1-2 shirts and hats plus the free pager.
Not posting this for any reason other than to see if this has happened to anyone else.
FYI,as I was typing this,their live chat C.S told me the e-mail was sent but didn't go through..."12/24/05 REMOVED FROM COMPS BY MGMNT: ADVISED VIA E-MAIL KLS 12/24/05 E-MAIL NOTIFICATION RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE"
