I will start tracking all gambling in a more detailed fashion so I can examine my betting patterns by:

sport
straight/parlay/teasers
contests
weekend/week
large bets/small bets
etc....

More consistant in betting patterns, and amounts. Stick to a more organized betting system of 1-5 units, and realize when tilt is setting in. Although, tilt is begining to payoff, I know in the end it will get me.

No more totals, especially if I have a play on a side in the same game.
