Today, we salute you, Mr. Die-Hard Steelers fan. For the past two decades, you've watched mediocre QB's run the steel machine: Bubby, Neil, Kordell...Year after year they've broken your heart in the oh-so elusive quest for that one for the thumb, But oh, 2K4 was different. Reeling off 16 straight, you fell in love with the mighty rookie who could do no wrong. Big Ben, the Bus, Hines, Polamalu, Cowher, Jeff Reed, Farrior.. Others tried to rain on your parade, but your message was simple: one team, one city, one dream..and a Roethils-burger on the side. And although they didn't get to the Big Game, your boys will be back...and you'll be wavin' that towel high again next year when they bring that Steel Curtain down. So crack open an ice-cold Bud Light, fellow Steelers fanatic - things could be worse....At least you don't live in Cleveland.
