Head coach Mike Montgomery has made the decision to start the Warriors #1 draft choice, rookie Ike Diogu from Arizona State at the center position replacing Adonal Foyle. Although, Diogu is not as tall, he is a load to handle in the interior. Should be interesting to see how this develops.
Love to hear this...Diogu gives the Warriors a viable post threat, something Foyle didn't have, and he's also a tenacious rebounder and defender. He won't get the blocks that Foyle did, but I still think this move will pay off in both the short and long-term. Definitely a big fan of Diogu, love his game.
