moneybookers cs

Has anybody out there had much to do with moneybookers? especially their cs department.

Emailed them so many times about a deposit but can't get a response.

Well, if you can't get a response when trying to send them money, it sure as hell won't be any better later.

I've emailed them in past usually a 24hr delay but about 72hrs this time. I was assuming they were on holidays

was hoping others had dealt with them lately.

Their CS is practically non existing. They work flawlessly once you get it all working, but it can be a real pain in the ass if you have some kind of a problem that needs a real persons assistance. Why do you need to talk to them?

PS: I've used them and I still use them, they're reliable, if that's what you're looking for. They do reply to e-mails, but usually it takes them more than 48 hours.

I would recommend neteller. moneybookers cs suck big time.

moneybookers cs is horrible,i tried opening an account long ago,kept faxing everything they wanted and they still would never open a account for me,excuse after excuse,i finally told them to :finger: off
