CRIS customer service gets an A+ tonight.

I have only made errors like this a few times in my many years of offshore sports action, but it happened shortly ago and CRIS properly handled the situation.

I placed an online wager on wrong side of a game. After immediately calling CRIS, they allowed me to drop the play and take the other side.

Of course they could have forced me to waste the juice and double my play on other side to get the wanted action, but being the solid book they are, dropped the play and get the desired side.

As good a book as Pinny is, compared to CRIS, Pinny customer service is a notch or two lower.

CRIS is a great book and will remain one of my most used outs.

Had the same thing happen to me at Pinny and contacted them soon after and they cancelled the bet but said it would be a one time thing

Cabrini-Green is/was a public housing development on Chicago's North Side, bordered by Evergreen Avenue, Sedgwick Street, Chicago Avenue, and Larrabee Street. At its height, Cabrini-Green was home to 15,000 people, living in mid- and high-rise apartment buildings. Over the years, gang violence and the city's neglect created terrible conditions for the residents, and the name "Cabrini-Green" became symbolic of the problems associated with public housing in the United States.

In 2005, only about 5000 residents remain. Several of the buildings have been razed and the whole neighborhood is being redeveloped into a combination of high-rise buildings and row houses, with the stated goal of creating a mixed-income neighborhood with some units reserved for public housing tenants. The plan, and the way it is being implemented, has proven to be controversial.
