That's wonderful news. I just don't understand why a poker site can't pay out on time. It's not like they are risking their money like a sportsbook does. That just sit back and collect the rake. Where's the risk!

I would NEVER play at any poker site that is not well known...IE. party, Pokerstars, Doyles, Fulltilt etc...its simply asking for trouble and should be common sense IMO

dante, thats true for sports books too, wouldn't you agree? Lots of people complain about no name books not paying out or slow paying.

BR...I agree and if your going to try a new or newer book be prepared to lose what you put in ...thats why on the rare occasion I try a newer book I dep max 200$ that why if it goes tits up I have not lost much

to each there own though but we are all responsible for ourselves when it comes to where we post up

To set the record straight Pokertropolis is 1 of the older poker sites on the net. if im not mistaken dating back before even party or stars and only slightly newer than paradise... they dont have a lot of players because their software is ancient and very slow and because the popular view on the net is that they use robots...i dont believe they use robots but instead have employees playing as 4 or 5 players at 1 table.so you are playing essentially your hand against 5 others....in theory a losing game but if played in my premium hand only style it doesnt matter..the best hand wins and i make sure its mine..now that they see ive caught on and their attempts to raise me out of hands only makes it more profitable to me they dont want to pay...they want me to leave. similar to some well known sportsbooks in that they want losers only....
By the way i believe 1 very well known poker site whos name i wont mention also uses site players ..but in their instance they can see your hole cards and manipulate the flop cards. i wont go in to detail any further but their sportsbook is also very well known for not wanting winners either.
Its all the same motive ....GREED BREEDS GREED...the house never loses the last one that did im pretty sure ran off with everyones money right after a certain super bowl game a few years back...anybody remember them???? i thought so.:hump:
