Not that I have lost alot of money today, but the fact of the matter is what has occured in all of these games. I think Dante said it in anothe thread. If you dont think that these games arent fixed you are kidding yourself. What I saw today makes me hate sports. That just isnt me. I love athletics and always have. From this day forward I am making it a goal of mine to stay away from this unbelieveable display of entertainment. :finger:
Miami is too proud to fix a game. I am sorry. They just are. They have fair weather fans down here too. Doesn't do good for season ticket sales next year. It was just a rough day ladies and gentleman.

Utah beat Georgia Tech
Oklahoma beat highly ranked Oregon
Virginia beat Minnesota. Not many were on the Cavs.
Michigan beat Nebraska, which was a double digit underdog.
Missouri came back only down 2 touchdowns at the half. Ladies and Gentleman they play 60 minutes for a reason.
I am not trying to sound like a prick, but what about those upsets? I guess all those games were rigged too.
Did any of you think Utah would hold Georgia Tech to 10 points and win by 28? The public was on Georgia Tech. How is this any different?

I posted earlier on in a thread that I had Miami in my bowl contest and that I was 3-11 up to that point. I faded my self for some cash on the side. I just didnt think that LSU was 37 points better?? I don't have any problem with the Miami result(not having seen the game). I thought that Miami will win. They lose badly. it's NOT professional sports. It can happen. The other 3 bowl games were pretty good. I didn't see anything irregular there.
NBA is not a sport. It's a show. I'm not betting it, mainly because I just can't watch it. I doubt we're talking about game fixing. It's probably a case of athlets don't caring, which happens every day in the hoops.

Once a team gets down and has to abandon their game plan, the score can get much worse than it should be...especially when you are down and out in the 3rd quarter. Miami basically quit once the game was out of reach.
