I just received my call from CRIS. They put my balance that was in my RC account on Monday (the day they went down) into the CRIS account. Since Monday I have won $939. I told them they need to add those winnings to my account. They are looking into it right now. I am confident that they will add my winnings. I will give an update.

I'm sure your problem will be solved. All RCS players are aware that negotiations to complete this sale of assets have been maliciously and relentlessly boycotted by a known watchdog web site, hence some details, like balances adjustments, will require a second review.
Had there been everyone's cooperation to ensure the transition go through in a faster way without sensationalistic fabrications these glitches would have not occured.

Just stop trying to lay it on SBR. The blame game only oes so far. Take some responsibility for a change. I trust them more than I will ever trust TOW. EVER.
This should reinforce the idea that players should play with "real" established books that have stood the test of time. How many books have CRIS rescued/bailed out over the years? For all the people that come in and bitch about the most minor things about the top books, the most important criteria should be and will always be how a book pays out.
