They sent me a poker book by David Slansky.I really havent needed this book for the past 2 years, but i have never actually read it! It would have helped me quite a bit 2 or 3 years ago most likely, but the thought was real nice! This book is real good for beginners to hone their skills, but not real great advice for advances in todays ever-changing poker world. People just dont play live poker the way that they used to.

But I will give the book to a friend who is just starting. He micht even post up at betholdem!

P.S. By the way, betholdem or betwwts poker is a GREAT poker site. I rank it as one of the best on the net other than the obvious favorites!

I'll second that recommendation..though i am a lil pissed i didnt get a book! lol but after i win the $100,000 guaranteed tomorrow im sure ill feel better about it:toast:

I agree Betholdem is a nice site and they have always paid me...Players69 are you getting rakeback from there? ...I had been getting 35% from betholdem , but switched to another prima skin to get 45% rake back that pays it back daily instead of monthly!!

Its the only way to go IMO if you play at the cash tables.
