This just sucks. What is New Year's Day without top notch championship college foots? Nothing, it's NOTHING....

To top it off, half the games are laydowns.....:finger: NFL.

Agree TTinco it will be New years Day and we are awarded with what basically will be Pre Season Football..

Weeks 16 and 17 in the NFL are only pertinent for a handful of teams. The other games are not only boring, but tough to handicap.

I hope Tagliabue has a horrible hangover drinking his white wine spritzers.:finger23:

No different in any of the other major sports. Baseball has a month of garbage time. The NBA and NHL play many meaningless games when teams are out of contention as their seasons wind down.

I agree Wil, but think of what it must be like to be a Devil Rays fan or Clippers fan before this season. Even at the begining of their season they know it's over or Arizona Cardinals fan.

I think TTinco means New years Day is for college football bowls, The NFL could of played all their games today or Monday NFL teams can get ready in 5 days to play their wildcard games next saturday.

TT, I HATE the No Fun League! You will NEVER see me play any serious money on them. The players really don't care so why should we? LT
