Lol I know this sounds shady...

But I lost my atm card and don't have access to cash. I do have a mastercard connected to paypal but the only way to add funds to that is by doing a 4-5 day echeck.. Banks closed until tuesday.

BUT.. I can do the instacheck thing and send money to anothers paypal address. If I sent money to someones paypal address could they just send the money back to me?

They can refuse it and send it back to you or just send it back to you normally.

Well if they refused it paypal would not put anything into my account.. They would hold it until the echeck cleared.

BUT im thinking if someone just sent it back normally it would show in my balance.

Shit this sucks.
