They have been blown out in over half their games this year, and today when they finally have the chance to lock up possibly the most exciting player to come into the league in many years, they are giving it their all.....Why?

I could say the same thing about the niners last week too, though, as they won a meaningless game on the road, to make sure this game COULDNT give them the first pick....

But for the Texans to even be trying at this point is amazing.....

They arent playing for respect, you lost that when u went 2-13.....

Even a tie gets them the first pick, so at worst, they should play defense but not "really" try to score....

At least i can HOPE for that scenario

I thought the Texans would roll over and die BEFORE I heard the news about Capers...figured he'd get 'em to play hard, fuck them over in the Bush sweepstakes.

they tried for the first half.

the second half they have done all they could to lose . int. for a td , brown misses a 31 yd field goal that would have won it .

they have 4th and short at mid field and punt .

now an int. its over..

they havent been trying

i was talking to my buddies about it...we figured the coach would want to win to screw them and hope to look good to get a different job, and the players would play hard anyway cause they probably don't really give a shit about reggie bush and want out of texas anyway

Saw that both Carr and Johnson left the game with injuries. Houston fans should knight Kris Brown for his two supposed choke jobs that won them Mr Bush.

it just goes to show ya how hard it is to even lose to san fran..

the nfl should just do us all a favor and merge the niners , texans , saints and lions.

maybe that team would win 6 games...

... but if Matt Millen was the GM, he wouldn't be able to pick the 53 best players from those 4 teams, so it wouldnt change anything.
