$$$$ Money Winners $$$$ <HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1>Kermit 40-23-5 (+14.7 units) $3,200.00

Panther 38-27-3 (+8.3 units) $2,300.00

Bucsfan 37-27-4 (+7.3 units) $1,500.00

World Number One 38-28-2 (+7.2 units) $800.00

Winbet 36-28-4 (+5.2 units) $300.00

"Kermit" walked away with the first place prize, coasting from about mid season on.....The defending Pick 4 Champion "Panther" came on strong down the stretch similar to last season to capture 2nd place...

"Bucsfan" and "WorldNumberOne" went into overtime along with the HOU/SF game to decide 3rd and 4th place, SF winning in O.T. allowed Bucs to edge World Number One by the slimmest of margins +7.3 to +7.2....$700 dollar swing for that one tenth of a unit.

"Winbet" capped off a respectable season going 4-0 to re-enter into the money, taking 5th place.

EXCELLENT job with this contest Jman....and that comes from someone speaking from experience....you have come up with a great concept, format, and a good solid field each year....I look for this contest to get bigger and better each year

TO THE OTHERS, I THINK WE HAVE DEVELOPED A CLUB OF PLAYERS FOR THE FUTURE, AND THIS WILL BE A LONG TERM CONTEST!!!!

My first year in any pick 4 contest where I did not have one 4-0 week. I am usually good for at least 2, and possibly 3. Not to be. And it is a hard sport from weeks 11-17....no doubt about it!!! I seem to fold at that time now 2 years in this contest. Well worth the entertainment dollar, and the chance to be the best NFL CAPPER on this forum.

I will refuse to listen to any capper on this forum tell us they are great at the NFL, if they cannot afford this small token of money to be in this contest!!

so TO the CHAMPIONS I SAY you are the best NFL HANDICAPPERS and should be PROUD of your ACCOMPLISHMENTS!!!!

I want to thank Journeyman for the great job He has done throughout this contest. It is not an easy job and He has done it to perfection ! I especially want to thank Fishhead for talking me into entering this contest. I can still remember me telling him when He nagged me into getting into the contest... I told him that I wasn't in the league of all these Pro's at the RX but that I would contribute $ 300 to all the participants 401 K fund. Little did I even imagine that I would have such a good year and somehow manage to win this contest.
Congrats to all the Participants for entering this great contest and I will look forward to attempting to defend my Title next year. I would be more than proud if I could somehow be respectable next year... unlike Panther that was fantastic in his stretch run this year and showed everyone what a true champion He is ! :103631605

It is kind of funny you should mention the Hilton contest because my boss was taking my best bets every week in a little high stakes contest He was having with some of his business buddies.Well since this seemed to be my year in the NFL, He won the $$ easily. Now He has asked if I wanted to enter the Hilton contest with him next year with me making the picks and him posting up the $$. I'm sure that pressure would cause me to choke big time !! :lolBIG: :toast:

Just try and remember the wisdom you showed during those tough weeks. I thnk it is easy to get off to a good start, and I cannot seem to close it down. That is where you faired real well!!!! Nice job. I mean what I say

I echo Newport's sentiments regarding other cappers. I will not listen to any capper tell us how great they are in the NFL if they cannot afford this small token amount of money to be in this contest. There's no reason we can't have 50 participants in this Hilton format contest.

no, I missed posting plays 2 WEEKS so I got 2 0-4's.......

I was just wondering if I had gone 2-2 each of those 2 weeks wether I would have made the money.....

Thanks Guy....I think we just may see 50 players next year.

If anything should be learned from this year's contest, it just goes to show you can make up ground quickly and should never give up in October...Criscol made a nice comeback, panther two straight red hot stretch runs put him in the money...Bucs and WNO stayed consistent then caught fire in November to place.
