stop getting officials from "Minor" conferences to do these "high profile" games because it is VERY apparent they can't keep up with the speed and better play than they are used to seeing

Bingo. Officials from the Sun Belt, Horizon, etc, have no business officiating major conference bowl games. I like the premise because it avoids having a Big10 ref squad on a Big10 game, but it can't be too hard to mix it up between the major conferences, there are enough that you should have no conflict.

Good reason to stop gambling. Unless you can accept the fact that referee's calls will determine a lot of games. I guess it's part of today's game. Let the ref's decide the outcome and not the player's.
