they buy to under 38? Some may consider me a wiseguy, although I would argue against that. I always buy the half to under 38. I am guessing that some professionals do, but most do not.
Why would you want to lay -1.20 to move the number from 37.5 to 38 anyway?
37 is the key number here not 38. Besides laying extra jig NEVA a good idea in the first place.
