They reseed after the wild card games. Since skins are 6th seed they play sea. If TB had won then they would play Chi as Sea gets to play the higher seed(Winner of Giants and Carolina).

Never mind...forgot that Seattle plays the lowest seed in the next round, and Washington was #6, therefore, Bears play the NYG/Car winner..
