I have just over 20k and want to scalp a little each day (make a $15+ profit on, at least one a day). Any suggestions how you would fund books and neteller. I'm thinking 3k pinnacle and 3k at an exchange with rest at (about 1k each) 5-10 books and netelller(5K?). Would you worry about bonuses, would they be possibile or too hard to scalp and fund at that many books? Would you rotate in and out of netteller betting around $1,000 a game and disregard bonuses. Is this possibile the way I have set it up? Just trying something else (scalping) with my gambling to help increase my bottom line. Is this worth the headache?

If you are planning on scalping with 9+ books and taking bonuses every once in awhile(bonus whoring in a way), you should be able to make MUCH more than $15 a day with a BR of $20,000.

What you have stated in your opening post proves that you know the essentials one needs to successfully scalp/middle.

One word of caution..........if you have very little experience scalping, would recommend you proceed VERY slowly in the beginning.

If it was REAL easy, many more individuals would be doing it.................BE PREPARED TO MAKE A FEW VERY COSTLY MISTAKES ALONG THE WAY(betting wrong side, not confirming bets, leads gone south, etc., etc.)

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER get GREEDY...........PLEASE!!

RFemember to include low volume tupe sports, i.e. Tennis, Boxing, Golf, and especially props. These will help you.
Don't be afraid to take bonuses.

VERY GOOD POINT!!!

READ THE RULES AT EACH BOOK!!

THIS CANNOT BE UNDERSTATED ENOUGH.

Thanks Santo for bringing this point up.

Also, some books have different rules for hockey OT. For example, Centrebet and 5dimes grade OT games differently.

I'm surprised you're getting this much input. Oftentimes scalpers like to keep info to themselves. The reason being that they feel the more scalpers there are the more the line will be affected before they can act on it, causing them to get a reduced value or miss the scalp altogether.

I think I can also make more than $15 a day but trying to be cautious. Have some "things" in place to help me find some more oppurtunities, just worried that after a few days books will run dry and the only money I will have be in books that i haven't met my bonus at yet . Believe me I have been extra careful and still find myself confused at times and I know I will miss out on some chances if I am slow to react. Thanks for the advice, just trying to do this to try and grind out a profit and hopefully help out my bottom line (god knows I need all the help I can get)!!!!

5 Dimes grades hockey OT the same as other books but also offers 60 minute 3 way wagering, as do several European books that I doubt you will use.

Do take the bonuses but not all at once. Take them at the minor books and if you lose your entire stake there then your obligation is complete and you can open an account at another book. You want the bonus but don't want your capital to pile up unwithdrawable in several books simultaneously.

I find baseball usually generates many scalps daily while tennis often offers big returns but you have to be very careful about the rules, although many books are now settling on 2 completed sets. Then there are special situations: the Liberals in the Canadian election moved from +140 last night to +320 today (which I think is good value for a lead with a small bet you are prepared to lose). Will collect in 2 weeks.
