Prepaid ATM Jerking me around

Looks like they are making some lame excuses for not having processed a bank wire withdrawal i set up sunday night after all the games ended. Should have been done yesterday, still "pending" today after i called them back just now they said they still haven't gotten their report back from their accountants in Houston....

Should know by 4 eastern if it was done today. This is cash i should ALREADY have in my bank! Now i am being told it will be possibly another day??

This BS is starting to piss me off. We are talking about 5 dimes of cash here..

Good luck with them. I had a merchant account with them, since the sell-out I'm still trying to get my funds out of these ass-wipes. I hope you have better luck on a personal account than I did trying to get the merchant account issues resloved!

from what i have read on other forums,prepaid atm is basically broke and almost out of business,they owe some books a lot of cash

A few months ago, I asked Freddy at First Fidelity why they stopped using PPATM as a deposit / withdrawal option. "Them #$*$(, they owe us a ton of *&*&^* money..." and on and on.

Several weeks later, when I had funds sent from Carib to PPATM, it took way too much time and way too much effort to receive those funds. That was it for me.

I'm rather new to Neteller, and all I can say is, I wish I would have been led to it earlier. Oh, the $$$$$ I would have saved in WU fees.

This situation reminds me of the old ESB days...very similar!

Well they cancelled my Bank wire, "PLEASE RESUBMIT AT A LATER DATE AS WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THIS TIME."

And put the funds back in my account, i am guessing i will ask for a next day cashier's check...this sux though, Bank wires from them used to come SAME DAY, for 15 bux

I am on the list for "next day air" for a bank check now, since it was done after noon, thanks to their screw up, it won't go out till tomorrow meaning i won't get it till thursday at the soonest.

I swear i haven;t dealt with anything like this since the ESB days, will be the LAST i use of Pre Paid ATM. The ATM card is even out of service right now!! :sad3:

I was a big fan of PPATM a while back but with all the stories around about them and I wouldn't dare use them again. Also last time I tried to do a transfer I was denied for some security BS reason That was it for me. I deal with quality sportsbooks only and quality money transfer services like Neteller, Instadebit,etc.

It is a shame, they used to be pretty good, especially at Carib - unlimited free payouts to PrePaidATM. Carib would pay out like in 5 minutes tops, then your money would be waiting for you at the ATM. They were the first one with a debit card. Great idea, they just could not get their act together. It did not help that they started screwing the books over by limiting the books access to their own money. They cut their own throat. Bye bye PrePaidATM.
