I am going to buy and Ipod this week and wanted to get some feedback.

Should I get the video or Nano? I plan on working out a bit with it.

Do you use Itunes or is there a better way to get songs on Ipod?

Any crucial accessories? (car kit, docking or speaker system for house, etc)

Are you glad you purchased it?

Thanks!

NANO has some serious problems with it, there is a class action suit going on...

Thanks SS! I believe the lawsuit was about the Nano scratching easily on its screen. I saw they offer cases and protective accessories for them now.

Video go for the extra storage space that it can handle. You'll get use to the extra size so I owuldn't consider that a big deal. The only bad thing about ipod's is that 6 months later they release a latest and greatest verison of it.

both are awesome.. if you're working out the nano is the way to go..

i'm on my 3rd ipod (3G 40gig, 1gig shuffle, 4G 60 gig photo) and i havn't had any issues with itunes or any of the ipod families.. i'm incredibly pleased with all of them and as soon as a 80 gig model comes out i'll be purchasing it..

i have the icelink car kit. it's the perfect integration kit.. it makes the ipod appear as a cd changer to your car stereo so you can control it through your deck or steering wheel controls.

I have the 60 GB Video Ipod. Currently I have 996 songs, 35 30 minute tv shows, 2 full length movies, and I'm using just over 10 GB. LOL

I have the car charger, radio tuner combo thing where it plays through your radio and charges the ipod. I just take it from car to car.

I would take a look at Creative Labs and Dell before buying an Ipod...Not putting Ipod down, just fell you can get more for your money or a bundled deal...
