I have doctors in my family, and i have done extensive research. I can't recommend enough to anyone who cares about their health to augment their daily diet with salmon oil. It prevents heart attacks, lowers cholesterol, etc. etc. Make sure you try the ones that have been tested free of heavy metals. Sorry again for your loss. 34 years old? Very very sad.

I don't think gambling has been the best thing for me. I don't think that old axiom that it relieves stress is quite enough to counteract the feeling where you want to throw the remote control through the TV screen when your team doesn't cover at the buzzer. Salmon oil might help to prevent heart attacks but don't give people the false allusions that it prevents them all together.
