I love this guy. He cracks me up with every interview he gives from his promotion of rap album to Magic Johnsons wife comment. ahahahah

Tuesday marked one month since Ron Artest demanded a trade from Indiana, but the Pacers forward is still gathering dust on the inactive list.

While Pacers GM Donnie Walsh talks with suitors including Denver, Sacramento, Atlanta, Minnesota, Golden State and both the Clippers and Lakers, Artest continues to speak his mind.

The latest Artest blast came on Fox Sport Net's "Best Damn Sports Show Period" when he was asked about not being invited to play on the U.S. Olympic team.

"I'm kind of upset about that," he said. "Me, being one of the better players in America, separate from the NBA, I want to play for the United States team in the Olympics. I'm an American. I might not be a class act, but I'm an American."

There's a rumor going around he got traded for Maggette tonight. Indiana just wants to see how bad Cory's foot is before they pull the trigger.

Honestly, artest would be a great addition to the team. He hustles and plays great defense. Something most of the players on these teams don't do. Unfortunately, he is a little too mentally unbalanced to represent the US. I can imagine him going into the stands killing some foreign fan and causing an international incident.

that is great.
here is why i love Ron Artest

One off-season, while still playing for the Chicago Bulls, Ron Artest applied for a job at Circuit City. On the job application he wrote down "NBA player" as his last job and used Bulls president Jerry Krause's name as a reference. And he did it all just so he could get the employee discount on home electronics.
