Ask For Pj Not Bj At Hollywood I Will Never Play Their Again.

Pj Is A Useless Supervisor Who Is Rude

I Was Treated Well With Anyone Else I Spoke With At Hollywood.

ALSO THEY WON EVERYTIME I SENT IN MONEY WHICH IS NOT A FACTOR BUT THEY LOST A CUSTOMER.

BASICALLY I HAD A GOLF WAGER THAT THEY REFUSED TO GRADE BECAUSE THEY SAID THE GOLF GUY WAS NOT THERE PJ WAS A RUDE PRICK I WAS NOT AT HOME AND WAS TRYING TO GET A WAGER OFF AND HE BASICALLY ACTED LIKE I AIN'T DOING SHIT FOR YOU.

THEN I CALLED BACK AND THE ASSHOLE STARTS SCREAMING AT ME THAT THE GOLF WAGER I HAD MADE WAS NOT FINISHED AND I CAUSED A BIG FUSS. WELL I CHECKED IT EARLIER ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES BEFORE I CALLED AND THE PLAYERS WERE FINISHED.

BASICALLY IT WAS NOT A BUSY NIGHT AT 1020 PM AND DID EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO ACT LIKE A AHOLE PRICK AND MAKE SURE I COULD NOT MAKE A WAGER ON THE GAME THAT WAS GOING OFF.

FUCK THEM THEY LOST A CUSTOMER.

I Have Played Offshore For Over 8 Years And This Was The First Time I Received Treatment Like That He Acted Like A Fuken Punk For No Reason.

I Spoke With Other People At Hollywood And They Say He Can Be That Way. I Suggested They Make Him Employee Of The Month.

Sorry to hear Tang. I understand your frustration about golf wagers being graded. Golf seems to be the biggest lag in grading there and other sportsbooks.

I can only speak from personal experience but I would put Hollywood as one of my top 3 in overall customer service.

*Pinny is the only place to play golf wagers. Good Luck!

I am surprized they would not write an if win ticket at least for you.

It reminds me of the 5 dimes server issue. More Bets is more money for them in the long run.

I said earlier wveryone else i dealt with there was fine but this guy pj acted like a prick and you don't do that to a customer.

I just got off the phone with Victor who was helpful obviouslyly he cannot compensate for a wager i would have made but other than the indivudual I dealt with last night I have been treated well by everyone else at hollywood.
