You send a damn email about your bonus every week to everyone with an account (even posters who are not eligible to receive the bonus). Why! I cant stand these guys.

Anyone ever been able to get them to stop sending emails? It is worse then Betroyal.

They're bums. I was happy to see when The RX tallied the best sportsbooks poll, Millennium was waaaaaaaay down the list.

Understand not wanting unwanted emails, but how hard can it be to just delete them?

I get literally HUNDREDS a day from everything from shoes sales, Target, Sears, offshore shops, touts, religious, etc., etc.,

I just delete them in a matter of seconds....not that big a deal to me personally.

I just signed up at Millenium last week. I have not received any emails from them so far. I opened my account last Saturday. I sent them some cash on Sunday. I received two calls on Sunday from them. The guy that signed me up on Saturday did not realize I had already sent them money. He was calling to see if I had any problems.

I dont receive alot (hardly any) so Millenium and Betroyal are 2 that I cant get rid of. Here is the problem:

They are sending out mass emails instead of individual clients. If not, they would only send out the emails to players who actually qualify for the bonus.

I called and told them to take me off the list so we will see if they are more competent then they appear.

As was I Chuck, they were in the Betroyal range of votes.

SCnit - perhaps you have more of an agenda than just an odd email - which would not surprise me.

i called too and begged them to take me off the list to no avail. its like they're saying "screw you guys deal with it". just another example of award winning attention to detail customer service that some books continue to offer.

Wil-Obviously, I am not the only other one.

As far as other issues are concerned, I did not bring them up in detail in this email but you are correct I had an issue regarding their terrible customer service on a previous occasion. You are absolutely incorrect in stating I had another motive for starting this thread. I will be happy to show you my Millenium email and you can look at the time I started this thread.

It does not surprise me you would rather stick up for a sponsor then to side with a poster who gets unwanted emails from a book.

Where did I stick up for any sponser - I just made the point that you had a hidden agenda beforhand that is behind your posting such a trivial issue like "I get an email everyweek it's worse than BetRoyal".

Ok. I am done with this subject. There was no issue...I really wanted to see if anyone had any good resources (calling, a separate email then I used to reply, a name of mgr to help, etc) to get off their list. The only reason I used betroyal bc they send me spam more then anyone even though I have never played there and I cant get them to stop either.

Apologize if u think I had any other issue with Mill or Royal. Subject closed for me now that another poster told me calling doesnt work either.

Just call 800-824-1637 ext 5200 to Mike Mitchell and he will make sure personaly that your sacred email address is deleted off their list. Personally, I get about 30 email ads per day, which include that posting forum across the street which is owned by Weitzner. I simply delete them daily which takes me all of 20 seconds, rather than posting or calling the people who sent them which would take me the rest of my life. And nobody threatened you to give up your email address, as I'm sure you were asked if you want mail or other offers sent to you at that time. But, be it as it may, make the call and I'm sure it will be taken care of. But don't use this forum to disparage a company....unless you have a valid complaint, one that would be to the benefit of all the other posters

Nice attitude Millenium. He responds back to the e-mails numerous times asking you to stop and they continue. Why should he have to call you?

Seems to me that is what SCnit was looking for.

I really wanted to see if anyone had any good resources (calling, a separate email then I used to reply, a name of mgr to help, etc) to get off their list.

That is what he got.

Last time I checked, spam was against the law. I think that would validate his complaint.

I signed up for Mill a few weeks ago to get in on their basketball teasers. They called my cellular phone right away to sell me into sending them money. Must work on commission like used car salesmen.
I then received a package in the mail from them. That was nice. But when I emailed them 4 times with questions about rollover requirements and such there was not response. I tried the live chat and the guy insisted that he responded....I guess my email address works for everyone else but them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked the "live" chat person to resend their responses. He said he would right away. They never did.
So, plain and simple; quick to call (within 5 minutes of signing up) to take money, but never responds to important financial questions when we need it.

I've been with Millenium for probably 5+ years and I can't remember ever getting an e-mail from them. Been perfectly happy with them, with little to no issues(other than some reduced limits online).
