You can get it with Direct TV, but it will blackout anything pro sports as you have to buy the sports packages for those. Most of the time they are a waste, except when you want to watch highlights for the local teams. I keep up on the Suns by watching the highlights from the Arizona Sports Report, but I get it on on Fox Sports Pacific, which you should be able to get on cable.
DirecTV with the sports package will alow you to see some college games that aren't carried by ESPN Full Court. Since I live in Houstoin I am able to watch Dallas Mavs, Dallas Stars, Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs on my regional channel and sometimes it on 3 Alternate channels.
I was able to watch 3 Pac10 games last night at 10pm EST. I love the sports pack because you get ESPN U, Fox Soccer channel and Goal TV, Golf channel, and FSN.
