What we need is for Brent to go in front of Congress and testify in our support! Whenever banning sports betting comes up they always get a whos who of college sports and we have nothing but a gaming lobbyist and gaming executives and maybe John Thompson. We need Brent to go up there and say "Look, I am not stupid enough to think when the game is 35-3 and the total is 39 that most of the people still watching me call the game are interested in seeing if the backup QB can move the team" That would be priceless and I bet half the guys on the committee would be nodding their heads in agreement, while Lou Holtz and Dean Smith would be red-faced.

Why in the world is Bill Walton allowed to be on a major network like ABC?? This guy is as articulate and insightful as a can of paint. He is just plain useless. He tries to sound intelligent and comes off looking like more of a dope then he already is.

Hey, layoff Bill, if you just smoked a fatty in your teepee you would have trouble sounding articulate also. I think if you paired him and John Thompson you would get 2 and 1/2 hours of unintelligible stammering, mumbling noise. Brent, still have not forgiven him, Phyllis George and Bryant for setting up my old pal Jimmy the Greek and throwing him under the bus with enthusiasm. He is the classic, do all the sports, excel at none.
