LaSalle +7 @ Temple....Temple wins by 16

VCU +7 @ ODU...ODU wins by 3

GTech +12 @ NCST...NCST wins by 9

Miami, Fla +10 @ NCar...Miami outright by 11

Iowa St +3.5 @ Tex Tech...TT wins by 3

Iowa -9 @ Penn State...Iowa wins by 4

5 out of first 7 games today the points have mattered.....lots of games to go, and surely many more which the points WILL MATTER.

Some still believe and preach its as easy as picking the winner...I DO NOT AGREE.

I know it is something ACE ACE preaches in relation to NFL!!!!

perhaps the 'Spread' matters more in some sports than others.....

There are some worthless numbers when betting NFL, hoops are a totally different animal. Any number can come in at any time, and you can see movements of 5 points sometimes on smaller conference games. So you are both right.

I put a good portion of my bankroll on UCONN ML, then played U of I ML losing with 3 minutes to go, and then SPURS ML losing with 8 seconds to. All won but didn't cover, so I did OK. Seemed to a dog day as far as the ranked teams went.
