If the Steelers get 7 in the second half I say it's over.

I think the question should be "Does Cowher clam up in the 2nd H and give the game away?"

My answer is probably......

I have the Steelers ML, also have a rather large futre wager on the Steelers winning the Super Bowl. Sitting here as the first-half clock wound down, and my brother-in-law says, "wow, you're looking pretty good right now."

My reply echoed the comments made by TTinCO exactly!!!!

Was hoping the Steelers would try to work the ball downfield following the Defensive holding call in the last minute of the second half. Nearly all coaches in the NFL would have done so, especially given the way Pittsburgh was moving the ball in the second half. Not Cowher!!!!......What you saw in the latter stages of the first half is what you'll llikely see following halftime. Could be a MAJOR mistake against an Indy offense which seems to have found its stride. If Pittsburgh simply tries to sit on this lead, like I'm afraid they will, this is Indy's game to win.

I hope I'm wrong, but I've watched way too many Steelers games in the past to feel otherwise.

Of course they are dead...thats what happens when you play the Houston Texans about 6 times a year. They are a very soft team.

Cowher already clammed up by running the clock out in the 1st half. The Steelers are throwing the ball all over the Colts D and they had 3 timeouts. He wussed out and instead of going for the jugular and the win he ran out the clock. 14 points may be enough against the Bears but not against the Colts.
Imagine if Cowher had a sac and went for any points there. Any points scored would have killed the Colts. Any. Especially after the Colts worked so hard on the previous drive just to get 3 points.
You go for the jugular on the road in the playoffs.
