most people like to blame others for their problems. its never their fault. gamblers are notoriosly like that. the refs screw us, some idiot bad beats us on the river, the third baseman takes the dealers bust card, etc, etc, etc. but its never our fault if we lose a bet!

Sometimes saying nothing is the best thing you can say.....a concept that I suspect Peyton will become rather familiar with in the near future.

Matt Leinart thinks that the better team lost in that game.

Well, it is what it is - the O-Line lost the game for them.

I think it had more to do with Pitts D. Watch them humiliate the Donkeys-it's a damn good possibility.

I agree that they had huge protection problems. But Peyton Gump loves to audible and be an "on-field coach" so I think he needs to look in the mirror a little and maybe change a few plays to take advantage of Pitt blitzing.

they might of had protection problems. But Ladeda is right, Peyton made some bad play calls throughout the game. Not only that, the rust Peyton had early on didnt help things either I'm sure.

Even if they did have protection problem it was real not real classy for him to call out his O Line.

He needs to look in the mirror and stop choking in big games. 3-6 in the playoffs and he wants to disrepect the OL... He supposed to be the leader of the team and he is passing the blame. Have some class...

What's funny about that is he said, "I'm going to be a good teammate here...(a pause)....but all I'll say is that there were protection problems."

:lolBIG:

Nice teammate Peyton.

Good commentary Oldirty.

Also those guys put themselves at a health risk just to make the weight requirements and they have trouble sleeping from it and they dont make crap compared to peyton.

The whole reason they pay peyton that outrageous amount of money is to win games, not lose them and then pass the blame as you mention.

Peyton didn't blame the loss on the OL, and he didn't call out the left side of his line (which was HORRIBLE). He simply said that his team had some protection problems, which is a fact. How is that passing the buck?
