but the USA has no chance at this. play n

in the past winter games the USA has had no better than 3 behind the top country and that was once!

in order the leader in golds and the usa number second

13 - 10
12 - 6
11 -6
10 -5
11 -2
9 - 4
10 - 6
13 - 3
8 - 3
6 - 1
11 -1

goes back to early 60's anyway.

this is free money. this line could be -4007 and still be an overlay. I almost fell over when I saw this offered.

I like the Germany play here.
Germany has been pretty dominate in the past games.

the problem is, that the it looks like the time they were closest '3' behind, was last time round,

13-10

is that correct?

last time was 13-10 yes. But that is a mile mile mile away. 4 more than Germany? not a chance.

and russia was weak last time only 4 golds they will pick it up as well.

well it did not last long I hit it 4 times and the line went to -600. then a bunch of others hit it and now its gone. really that line should have been -4000 or something, they had that so far wrong its stunning Piiny would post such a weak line. but glad they did

hope a few of you got the freebie.

Beware of China - they have the advantage of being at home and they're not on roids - you never know about roids with the US track stars these days and that is where the US usually cleans up.

This reminds me of the "will there be snow at Mt. Washington, NH on Christmas" bet. I looked at the weather probabilities and it was 94% probable that there would be snow. Once there were about 7" on the ground I hit the bet at Pinnacle at -660. The max winnable was $125. I didn't have the full amount to bet but I got quite a bit of it.

Point being, Pinnacle puts up some weak props sometimes.

Uh ... shame on you ... you just made me feel really stupid!!!!!!!!!

I thought this was for the SUMMER Olympics in Beijing - and was wondering why people would put money there for 2+ years.

What a moron I turned out to be.

MR PROFESSOR said:
Ill Take The Us At +367 All Day!!!

GReat. can you list the probably gold medal winners from the USA? can you get 14-15? IF so then the +365 is great. there are a few more events this year so it will take 14-16 to win this thing.

but Pinny took them all down as their lines were so far off they must have been hammered with no on USA and no on Russia in the Gold, and no on Russia on total medals, and all the $$$ on Germany .

maybe it will come back.

if you can list the 12-13 or your prediction maybe when its back Ill take the +900 or whatever it will be and scalp out of it. Im interested in what you ahve Mr. Professor, Im not above hearing a different opinion and profiting as a result.

yesterday this line was 9 golds for the USA that sounded about right to me

today its 7

despite what I said on the USA having no chance at themost golds over 7 is just great value. 7 being a push. play that as well.

I don't wanna break your baloon, but if you really know what you're talking about, could you please name the 7 golds for me? Because I have the feeling that this thread is a "It seems low, bet overs, it seems high, bet unders.." without any substance in the claims so far. That's not to say I disagree, but on gold medals especially, it's relatively easy to make an account on what do you expect.

I dont have a full list at my finger tips
but womens ice skating USA could win gold

Skiers Bode Miller and Daron Rahlves are at or near the top in the world
The American women have Lindsey Kildow and Kristina Koznick, each of whom have won races this year.

The United States dominated last time in newer sports like snowboarding and freestyle skiing in 2002.

Short-track speed skater Apolo Ohno won two medals in Salt Lake and is leading the World Cup standings this season.

thats a short list to get this thing going anway. USA mens hockey has some shot

basically there is value in both. USA has near zero chance of winning the most Golds at least its -4000 or so which is why Pinny took it off the board after I won basically $400 from them as the line moved up to -600 and others did also.

but over under 7 is another issue, that is a value play on the over. nothign craxzy but I played it for $50. ($100 limit)
