Thinking of parlaying every bet I make today with the IOWA ML.

Iowa is GARBAGE, overrated hate the team out of confrence. Lucky for them, they Minnesota who really stinks.

Relatively WEAK home schedule thus far this year other than their big win over the Illini last time out.

Carver-Hawkeye Arena, home for the Hawkeyes, is not what I regard as a dreaded place to play for a visiting road team............very average in that regard.

Hawkeye171 has a better feel for the current Iowa team, as I have only watched them play a couple times, whereas he probably has'nt missed one game.

It seems that HOME field is usually pretty huge in the big 10 in general, I also like Michigan at home vs. NW but will lay off Ohio St. vs Wisky.

Michigan St, Indiana and Illinois will be hard to beat at home this year.

Very hard to win on the road in the BIG TEN.

Iowa tries to push its home winning streak to 12 games tonight.....AND...
The No. 23 Hawkeyes (13-4, 2-1) have not lost at Carver-Hawkeye Arena since falling 75-65 to then-No. 1 Illinois on Feb. 19, and are 34-6 there since the start of the 2003-04 season.

The Hawkeyes have taken five of the last six home meetings with Minnesota. The Golden Gophers last won at Iowa City on Feb. 9, 2002, 86-78.

This may be more of a case of the Golden Golphers being bad, as it is Iowa being good. Minnesota is struggling and Iowa is coming off a nice win on the road at Penn State. Okay, Penn State sucks, but Minny got hammered at Purdue. If money is to be laid on this game, the Hawks have to be the play.
