The funds would readilly available with the biggest gambling event on tap. Much of the players money would still be in action. For many here the Superbowl is just another day of grinding it up or down. May be a good time to reassess positions. I am at 10 books currently and am gonna do a little rearranging then as well.
Plus the books banking center would definitely be slower the week before as well (as far as Withdrawals go).
