Bud's mega Protein/ oatmeal pancakes.
2 CUPS OATMEAL. 2 CUP skim MILK. 2 CUPS MICROFILTERED WHEY. Liquify that shit in the blender, then cook like you would a pancake. Helps to add: 1tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Even with the 1tsp olive oil, thats some super healthy shit. Perfect since I'll be trying to hit balls to the prison today at softball practice (460 feet, i've never came within 50 from my estimation).
