Does anyone else use the overlap grip? I've been using it for 2 years, and love it.

Yeah Fish. By overlap, I'm referring to basically holding the bat in my hands, with my hands put together like I was parying. Only I lineup the fingers different, and try to put my wrists close together.

It must be nice to even be thinking of softball in January. It was -8 degrees when I warmed up my car this morning! The golf courses here are used for tobagganing and sled-riding! :cryingcry

Played major competitve softball for years and seen many guys use that grip. Also seen players put half of their bottom hand on the handle said it gave them more extension. Myself, stood way back in batter's box and and moved my feet (nothing similar to a baseball swing) trying to go opposite field. AH, the good old days I miss them just thining about them
