If you were booted some 2 years ago, then receive a email, offering to open your account back up, with a 20% reload, at this time a year, is that fishy(no pun intended)?

Yeah, it certainly seems "fishy"...

Doesnt mean they are in trouble, but it might signal that someone there isnt too bright.......they got rid of you, then want you back...

I would send a polite email back saying you didnt want me 2 years ago, I don't want YOU now......

I am out of the betting scene, so I won't be reupping, but I found it odd, even though it is a top 10 book at other sites.

Would it happen to be SIA? I think they keep you on their email list even though you may have been booted. I would love to reup with them, but can see "account confiscation" in the future if I did.

Very often I find the marketing dept. (which sends the spam) and the wagering dept. (which kicks you out) don't talk to each other much.

Being an expert at getting booted and having limit cuts, this happens all of the time. A classic right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Marketing folks have a list of customers, former customers, without much info on how they are thought of on the betting side. Example, I signed up at DSI, got all of the huge bonuses, free sports pager, free future bet. I voluntarily let them know I was also a player at Cris. The marketing guy was so enthusiastic, no problem, all aboard. Same guy calls me back within 5 minutes, I talked to a Cris manager who recognized your name and you get nothing, except the pager, I already started the paperwork on. He was actually very apologetic, but still, I was upfront, let me know then. Get E-mails from all of them, Bet365, VIP. The wagering dept treats you like a leper, the marketing dept treats you like a fish to be cleaned out. A bit different in the real world, as in a shore based. I am still banished and it sticks with you. No offers, security just about glued to you when they know you are on the premises.

Best Wishes...OF :103631605
