I'll say bad ticker-but that's not saying it wasn't a coke induced bad ticker. Lot of genetics involved when it comes to heart disease, and 43 is pretty damn young.

I don't care how fat you are-you have to have some bad genes or some really bad habits to blow your pump at 43 (if that's even the case here).
