If you don't change your password. You can't get in to your account.
I can't believe pinny is doing this. Isn't the players' choice to change password when needed? Am I wrong here?:smoking:

It's no glitch, they are forcing the change. I changed it but don't like it because the old one is very automatic to me. I'll be typing in the wrong one for a long time.

I chose a new password and was able to log in just fine. Then I tried to change the password back to the old one but that wasn't possible.

I'm writing an email to complain. and Pinny CS says we should receive a temp pass from our email. I haven't receive any yet.
Anyway, once you get your temp password you can change it back to your old password.

Check your junk email folder. Mine got sent there. I can log in now that I found it.

I can log in fine, but I can't change it back to my old password and that's the frustration I'm going through with pinny CS at the moment.

I just got the same message when I tried to log in. Last week there were a few messages saying that some unnamed books had their member lists (including passwords) stolen and I guess Pinny is being careful here. Funny thing is I changed it a few days ago after reading this and now have to change it again. I guess it beats logging in one day and finding a nasty surprise.

Yeah, I'm disappointed with having to change from a password I use with several accounts, and not being able to change it back.

I wonder if somehow players passwords got compromised??

VERY annoying. If you didn't have to type at the speed of light to get a 2H play in then it wouldn't be such a big deal.

Found the problem........the NEW password has to have at least ONE numeric number (1-9) and contain at least 6 characters.
