Kind of like the Clippers, I have always hated the Seahawks! I know it may not be rational , but I do hate them ! Mike Holmgen sucks too! Reminds me of a big chipmunk! While we're at it, I hate the Cowboys too! But at least that is rational, being from DC! :lolBIG: Anybody else feel this way?

Hard to hate a team with not much NFL tradition they dont get a lot of media attention.

There more of a team people could care less about then hate.

I'm with Wrigley on this one, Seattle has had so little impact on the league it's hard to feel one way or another....I still think of them as a new team, even though its going on 30 years.

Crunch do you remember who was their first coach?

Hint his brother was an olympian and a wrestler?

I disagree! I've been betting on or taking bets on this team since Jim Zorn and co. and no matter which way I need, for or against, it seems we always end up with the wrong side. Heaven forbid we get even action on this game - that means it will fall for sure! :lolBIG:

I feel pretty indifferent towards the Seahawks, mostly due to the fact that they have never really been a factor until this year. I actually hate the Steelers. Outside of Bettis (good character guy), team is made up of a bunch of load mouth punk asses and they play very dirty. Man I would pay good money to chop that fucking mullet off of Polamula. I hope the Seahawks hand them their ass.

Not too fond of Capn Crunch cereal either. I think it kills brain cells and makes kids bounce off walls in hyperactive fits. Ritalin anyone?

His brother also did time for throwing a rock through a McDonalds window when they refused to serve him and Mr. Saito claiming they were closed for the night.

What's the world coming to when you can't eat good ole Cap'n Crunch Froggie! Good Luck on your future but I am sure you will hedge it and profit either way! :103631605
Rob: Nothing against the players themselves except for that Hasselbeck ought to put a muzzle on that sister-in-law of his! :lolBIG: Enjoy some Starbuck's latte and good luck to all! P.S. JMAN, would never remember Saito, I guess Froggie's right about the brain cells, but I don't think it was the cereal! lol! P.S.II Could have been the soju in Korea or the Hawaiian stateside though Froggie!

I will not care who wins. Just like the last 3 years. The results is an earn either way, as it is not to difficult to hedge out of a 23-1 position and show a profit. Same as NFC title. 7-1 on one side 4-1 on the other. As far as gambling, I will be heavy into props.

Poor Seattle, it is difficult to hate a havenot. And they have not had anything to cheer about in Seattle since about 1977 or whenever they won the title. The football team has never done nothing. I remember the last time they were in the title game, when they were an AFC team. It was against the LA Raiders in LA, the team that smashed the Skins in the Super Bowl. Good old Dave Kreig was dropping back, and a D lineman, I think Bill Pickel just flattened him. Concussion hit. Gameover. And that was a long time ago. They have a lot of fans in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, a lot generally in the Northwest US. Good for them, they are good fans and good people. They are very supportive. And long suffering. Seems like owner is a good man, coach Holmgren is a good guy. Maybe it is thier turn instead of Pitt getting a thumb ring?

The Seattle fans have a nice homefield advantage up there, I think the real fans out west are in the northern part of the region, oregon, seattle, portland all have great fan support, much more passionate than the So Cal people who leave early...denver has great fans too.

I live here and I have no real affection for this team. Same can be said for the Mariners and Huskies. Wagering wise I'll back 'em or fade 'em game to game like any other team.

I grew up in California so I'm still all about the Dodgers, Raiders and USC. When I talk to people here they think I'm nuts for not backing the locals, but you can't just change loyalties when you move to a new city (13 years ago in my case) can you?

My loyalties lie with the team I have money on. The concept of being loyal to a team for any other reason confuses me. What's the point? The extreme soccer hooligans fight and sometimes kill, out of this. No thanks, could you point me to the cashier please?

I don't root for the Seahawks week in and week out, but I've liked Hasselback ever since "We want the ball, and we're going to score."

And then he promptly threw an interception right to the Packers.
