The only way i do Anything offshore nowdays is through a shop that has an agent that pays or collects in CASH....No paper trail. And i Only call in wagers as i dont use the internet for that anymore either.
One of these days ALL of those paper trails might, just might come back to haunt those that are still doing it.
If it's not in your NETeller account and you call them, whatever you do don't give them your bank account number. I told them it was a NETeller withdrawal and they ask me for my bank account #. Next thing I knew, I had the money wired to my checking account. I got charged a 10$ fee by my bank. I never understood why they did that as no mention of a bank wire was mentioned. They made good on the charge, but it screwed me up from transferring funds to another place.
