Yep, Brandon Lang, he is a real genius with this one: "Most of the time, people bet on what they just saw. You look at how Seattle beat Carolina, and the public is buying into the hype. But the smart money is on Pittsburgh."

Does he really think the public is betting Seattle???

If sports lines are made to attract balanced (2 way) action, then Pittsburgh should win in a route. My guess is there is a TON of more money in Seattle than in Pittsburgh.

Forgot to mention. Most of the time...I feel like a game could go either way, sometimes I like one team a little but rarely in these championships do I like one side a lot.... But---Ummm. I LOVE the Steelers here to win. But I ain't laying no points...
Pennsylvania lost the SuperBowl last year with an instate team. I don't think ANY state has LOST the Superbowl 2 years in a row, but check that stat. LOL:lolBIG:

Yes, but there is more GAMBLING $$ in Pittsburgh, the crappier the area in general the more GAMBLING $$$ % wise. Far more lottery tickets sold in the POOR part of town. I'm having trouble understanding this post. A PENN TEAM covered the SB last year and all the Philly bettors won, what's the point??

Steeler fans outnumber seatle fans 10-1 outside of seatle, and the whole nation/ world is betting on this game. World wide the steelers are more recogniseable. (SP)

He either:
A. Believes that virtually every sportsbook manager in the country (and offshore) is a boldfaced liar; or
B. Is an uninformed idiot.

There is no Option C.

The Eagles LOST the superbowl (I don't care about points---not what I said).
The Steelers will NOT lose the game. Because --no state has had Back to Back superbowl lossers.
