Skybook withdrawal issues ???

First off let me say that I love the 1/2 pt option @ Skybook. I'm a $2 - $6 player and the $3 limit is fine with me. If I need more on a game I'll play it at a reduced juice shop.

Just wanted to see if others have had any of these problems .......

I deposit via Instadebit on 1/23 for $50 and lose it immediately that night.

I then deposit $300 W/U on 1/26 to take advantage of 10% cash & 10% Bonus Play. Do well over weekend and meet rollover requirement and call for withdrawal on 1/29 as I have about 2K in account. Just looking to withdraw couple hundred via W/U to ensure I get my initial 300 back. I'm told that my 1/23 $50 Instadebit takes 7 days to clear and that no withdrawal can be made till 1/30 from my account. I tell rep that those funds were deposited and lost on 1/23, cleared my bank and that my more recent W/U deposit funds should not be affected by this AND that I'm only looking for $400 and that I'll be leaving apprx. 1500 in my account ??? Sorry sir, you have to wait till 1/30 for ANY withdrawal. OK FINE.

Call on 1/30 for 1K W/U withdrawal as I'm told that funds have to go back the same was the most recent deposit came in. I have heard this here and other places too. So eat $51 in W/U fees. Keep in mind that I've made deposits via Instadebit & Neteller in my account, but hey !!! I'll follow your rules here.

Win some more $$$ on 1/30 and call for $500 withdrawal on 1/31 and ask it to be Neteller. Rep tells me that Neteller is not a withdrawal option for my account, but exception may be able to be made if I wanna call back. I say just send it to me W/U and I eat another $44 in fees b/c I'm in a rush.

Win some more last night and call for a Neteller withdrawal this am for a few hundred which will cost me $15 instead of eating more W/U and the rep tells me that W/U is the designated withdrawal method and that Neteller withdrawals is not available for my account ????? BUT I've DEPOSITED Neteller funds into my account there before ??? WTF !!!
Guy said that MAYBE and exception can be made by mgtmt.....

Anybody else here shit like this happen??? Everything cool @ Skybook???

I don't understand why they won't allow Neteller withdrawls. What reason did they give?

Usually the rule is, if you deposit by multiple methods, the first withdrawl must be by the first method you deposited, the second by the second method, and so forth.

Yeah ... Had no problem witdrawing W/U 1st and even 2nd ... don't understand why they are trying to force me to use W/U for all withdrawals. I used Neteller to depsoit there before so I should be able to withdraw Neteller ???

And I realize that you have to send initial deposits back to firepay, e-check, waiting periods etc., but at pretty much any other book, when you've satisfied all these things, I've never had a book tell which withdrawal methods I CAN & CAN'T USE .........

Mike is a very accomodating guy.
Never had an issue withdraweing 6 figure alance I had after the contest. In fact they were more than accomodating on book to book, neteller, even offering a free WU.

Quality book. u Should have gone directly to Mike.

Called this am to speak with Mike and its his day off. I was away from computer last night and did not see Mike's post till this am. Spoke with Tammy who i've dealt with before and is very accomodating and friendly.

She again told me that since I came in on 1/26 with a $300 W/U deposit that I HAVE TO make withdrawals via W/U. I stated that I've already witdrawn 1500 this past week via W/U and have incurred apprx $100 in W/U fees and that I'd like to withdraw via Neteller which is only $15. She told me that since I've used W/U and that Skybook has picked up the fees that I gotta use W/U to withdraw the $$$. It seemed in a roundabout way she was saying the policy is " we pick up your fees coming in, you have to pick up the fees coming out and there will be no other method available. " Only thing is I given them the rollover and then some !!! BTW, I had a $500 Neteller deposit on 1/19 which i lost in a matter of days.

Anyway, she said that she'd submit my request for a 1K Neteller witdrawal to management for an exception and get back to me. I can say if it's decline I'm not gonna be a happy camper. If they dont want W/U deposits why not just eliminate from the current methods or dont offer to pick up fees/bonus ???

Anybody else deposit $ @ Skybook W/U and run into this issue ?

I think this get to the point now of crap. At pinny I get my Fedex check one a month for free and no one bothers me. Tell them that they can have the fees back and you want your remaining money free of these issues!

So your saying since you used WEstern Union...you have to withdraw with WU??? I think thats a bunch of BS if you ask me. Seems like they are trying to have you keep the $$ in there so you will eventualy lose it back.....I will never use them if thats the case...JMO
