20+ years ago walked into the old EL RANCHO on the strip in Vegas at 7pm...........to play a couple hands of roulette to snare a couple free drinks.
Some 15 hours later walked out dazed and confused after taking them up on their offer of serving me 30+ free beers..........needless to say, lost a bundle.
This story has MANY funny parts to it, one being that in the wee hours of the morning I swear I was the ONLY patron at the gambling tables......LOL. If any can recall this place, you know it was a real *hithole as they say.

Was at the Flamingo on the strip a few years ago when I sat down to play Black Jack. Started drinking heavily and was mixing them too. Not sure how I lasted as long as i did which was probably 8+ hours. But after 8 hours or so I got up and became very dizzy. Barely could get to the cab out front. Once in the cab the driver took off and once I had to open up door and I puked my guts out all the way to wherever I was staying. The passenger door was open all the way down the strip to my destination.I distinctively remember cab Driver having to litterly take the money out of my pocket for the fare, and then was left in the parking lot to rot for a few more hours till I could crawl to room. I was playing $25 chips but I did pretty well. I walked out of there like $600 after counting it next morning.
