Detroit snow storm on Saturday

The NFL got what it deserved. They didn't have a choice as game was promised if Ford family built a new stadium. It will be funny watching people navigate through downtown Detroit in 5-6 inches of snow. Their getting damn lucky the snow is coming on Saturday instead of Sunday as
fans would have brutal time driving in to game from Detroit suburbs. There are not that many rooms in downtown Detroit.

Unlike other areas, 5-6 inches of snow is merely a blip on the radar, and not a reason to stay inside.

As a side note, navigating downtown Detroit is next to impossible right now with all of the roads closed. Your best bet is to shuttle in from a suburban locale.

As another side note, there is still no snow on the ground as we speak....I'm about 15 minutes from downtown.

i was down there friday night.....worst night ive had in a long time....waiting in lines for hours....no order...no cops to help with drunks....someone got shot and killed.....go to freep.com to read the story
