Betroyal took almost a week to pay player via neteller

This is from SBR. The player was paid today after posting on the forums last night. I wonder if he would have ever gotten paid if he didn't post his slow/no pay on the forums.

Ayyone who has money in Royal should cash out now since it wouldn't be a surprise if Tej closed up shop Monday.

I openned an account with BetRoyal about 2 months ago with $2,000 and everything was fine...I got a big bonus...rolled it over accordingly and requested a $2,500 payout which was processed within 24-48 hours...reasonable.

So I kept doing business with them...reloaded recently and did the same thing only this time my Neteller payout was delayed...made the request on Monday and still don't have the money Friday night...kept getting the run around from customer service saying they are having Neteller problems due to an unusually large amount of Neteller payouts they recently processed they have exhausted their Neteller funds and need to delay payouts....Very scary explanation.

So my account rep their wants to "compensate" me for the delay by offerring a 20% bonus on the exisitng funds in my account with only a 1X rollover. They tell me that my payout will be processed first thing next week.

So my issue is if I accept their offer for the bonus and wager my funds and should I win -- will I get my money next week? Or is this another delay tactic which might cause me to be even deeper in the hole with them for an even greater amount should I win and not lose? If I don't take the offer then I'm out the 20% but don't get my money until next week anyway.

I asked them what would change next week...if they don't have money to pay me this week, why is next week different. They say that it's because of all the deposits coming in from the Super Bowl...that they will have plenty of money next week...Is this valid?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! By the way...they tell me that I'm not the only one being slowed paid this week....there are at least 20 other Neteller payouts they held back on....

...and thats BEFORE the super bowl. I wonder how many "new" posters we will have asking for help on a payout after the super bowl from these crooks.

Why would anyone reading these threads postup with Royal?

The place is a toilet and a known stiff/slow pay.

Another slow pay/ no pay from Royal. When will this ponzi scheme run its course?

I requested my Neteller payout like CA_Bettor06 did on 1/30. Didn't get my payout so on 2/2 I called CS and got the same story....too many Neteller payouts and not enough funds to pay. Talked to Joel the sales manager and got the 20% "wait until after the super bowl" bonus. I rolled the funds over 1x as agreed. Joel told me that I will get my money on Monday 2/6 because they will have plenty of money then.

Called them today (Monday) to get my payout and got the run around again. CS said they have too many Neteller payout requests and that there's only a slight chance I *might* get my payout on Tuesday.

I'm tired of the excuses...I want my money NOW.

We have one, how many more? What's amazing is that even with all the warnings, you still have fools sending this crook their cash.

A simple Neteller transaction should only take minutes. The same amount of time is invested by the player, is the same amount of time it should take from the Sportsbook. Should be happy that the player got paid and run as far as you can.

Unfortunately, The RX only reaches a tiny fraction of Bet Royal's clientele. Look how long ESB hung around even though they were practically a no pay sportsbook.
