A technical problem, like you said, that prevents the Web page from being displayed. To get the details of the error you need to be in Jamaica, on their machine, to check it out.
Its not really important but getting this error message lets us know that we are able to reach them and they haven't skipped town. :lolBIG:

When i worked at amex and the computers were down we were told to call it a "system upgrade" as well. Something minor is up with the server and now all the tech guys are running into each other trying to figure it out how to get the site back up. There is no one in their right mind that would send there set offline less than 12 hours before the superbowl. Plus when system upgrades are really happening there is usually a set timeframe for how long the site will be down since the site owner would usually like to know that infomation in advance.
