he showed this as motivation?!!!! GREAT COACH!!!!

a $40k difference to a bunch of millionaires.

For kickers and punters and 6th or 7th round rookie draft picks it's a good chunk of change and third string guys who never get on the field. Money is money. The NFL career averages about 3.5 years.

That is signifigant to anyone making about 1.5 million or less a year I would think. Were talking about 1 game and 1 check.

1.5 paid over a year after taxes, makes that amount pretty noticable.
