Question I am asking is can trying to side a game be profitable at reduced juice be profitable. For example as of writing this these are available

UMass -5.5 -01
Lasalle +6 -04

Bradley -4-05
Ind. St +4.5-04

S. Mis -1 -05
UCF +1.5-04

If it is profitable are you better off sticking with lower pointspreads? Thanks

Do not waste your time investing more than 5 cents going for a SIDE in CBB.......

In the above examples you are risking......

5 cents
9 cents
9 cents

The first example is the only one that would be remotely profitable in the longterm.

Spending over 7 cents on a half point going for a SIDE is a losing propostion longterm in CBB............or breakeven at BEST.

That's the widely held belief, but Pinnacle were offering to pay 9c for a half when they had their drop down up, which made me a little suspicious, as by general consensus they'd be overpaying by 2c or so..

Would and do spend the five cents for a side ALL DAY LONG........as that will show a profit in the very longterm.

FIVE cents is my cutoff in CBB .........anything more I personally consider a waste of time......unless trying to complete a rollover or something comparable.

FWIW, use 6.5 cents as the maximum per half point in the NBA............with the exception of the numbers 7 and 2 where I extend my payment to 7.5 cents when considering siding a game.

Again, these are my PERSONAL rules that I go by.

Buy make no mistake about it, the numbers 2 and 7 are the hottest numbers in the NBA.
